What I find frustrating in a website is having too many forms to fill which I think are totally irrelevant. For instance, a good website would only need pertinent information. Whats more, if the website sends me all over the place going from link to link, and all of them do not directly lead me to the payment section, I am going to get fed up. Such experiences are a doom for website conversion rate. On the contrary, it would make the website conversion rate go on a downward spiral and the whole purpose of the website would be defeated.

With all the social networking sites offering to post your likes and dislikes, your liking of the website would be an important consideration. That is one way of promoting the site and that is something you will want to encourage. Too many negative feedback would be detrimental to any return on investment that you hope for. People tend to be quick to hit the like button and like to post their likes on facebook, for example. Naturally, this can only happen when the website is functional.
